Suffering

Be glad for all God is planning for you. Be patient in trouble, and always be prayerful. When God's children are in need, be the one to help them out. If people persecute you because you are a Christian, don't curse them; pray that God will bless them. When others are happy, be happy with them. If they are sad, share their sorrow.
Romans 12:12-15 NLT
He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. You can be sure that the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ.
2 Corinthians 1:4-7 NLT
Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with scoffers. But they delight in doing everything the Lord wants; day and night they think about his law. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season without fail. Their leaves never wither, and in all they do, they prosper.

HI Y'all
I got tricked into making this because I was just trying to locate my friend- Tom's blog...hmmm-tricky!
Well, while it's set up anyways, I would love to share with you a verse from Zephaniah (thanks Rachel).
14Sing O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Isreal! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart. O Daughter of Jerusalem!
17"...The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."
20"...At that time I will gather you; at that time I will bring you home. I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes," says the Lord.
Blessed be the word of the Lord!
